This homeowner in Wyoming, RI gave us a call because they were concerned about the water that was occasionally in their basement damaging their home's utilities. Our crew, lead by Foreman Damien, installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. To protect the utilities, the crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain around them to catch any surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and drain into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the water out of the home through two discharge lines. Our IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the exterior of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains!
WaterGuard Drainage System & Waterguard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed around the home's utilities to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
