In Attleboro, MA, a homeowner was dealing with water in their basement after every heavy rainfall so they reached out to us. Our inspector, Mike, went to the home to assess the basement's water issues and drew up a solution. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. That water is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter.
