Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: East Greenwich, MA Basement Waterproofing Project

This homeowner in East Greenwich, MA reached out to us because they were dealing with water entering their basement through the walls and floor. Our inspector, David, went to the home and drew up a solution to waterproof the basement. On installation day, Foreman Tomas and his crew began by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral that seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which they installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the exterior of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter months. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!
