This homeowner in Waban, MA gave us a call because water was seeping into their basement through the foundation. Our inspector, Nick, went to the home to assess the water issues and drew up a solution. On installation day, our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater attempting to seep in. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water getting into their home through the basement's foundation.
