Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Narragansett, RI Unfinished Basement Waterproofing

A property manager in Narragansett, RI reached out to us about the building they oversee because water was starting to get into its basement. Our crew started waterproofing the space by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the doorway that leads outside to catch surface water and it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the building's basement to control the humidity. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is sent into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which pumps it all out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the building's basement is safe from water!
