Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Hull, MA

This homeowner in Hull, MA was dealing with their basement taking on water and undergoing some structural issues so they gave us a call looking for solutions. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to assess the basement and drew up a solution that would fix both its water and structural issues. On installation day, Foreman Riley and his crew started with the waterproofing work. They installed our BrightWall vapor barrier panels along the walls to provide a finished look and direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's also connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. To fix the structural issues, the crew installed three of our SmartJack stabilizers throughout the basement which are strong support beams made of galvanized steel. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about their basement!
