This homeowner in North Easton, MA gave us a call because their basement was taking on water after heavy rains. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home and drew up a solution for the wet basement. Foreman Lucio and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along the wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to also collect groundwater. The collected water is channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends it all out of the basement through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can rest easy next time it rains.
