This homeowner in Worcester, MA reached out to us because they had some water seeping in through their basement's foundation. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home to assess the basement's water issues and he drew up a solution. On installation day, Foreman Kervin and his crew started waterproofing by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed inside of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all water out of the basement through a discharge line. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the home's exterior to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water finding its way into their basement!
