A homeowner in Duxbury, MA gave us a call because water kept finding its way into their basement. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along the basement walls to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which then sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Inside of the home, the crew also installed our Aspen Air Purifier to control pet dander, odors, and more in the home's living areas.
