This homeowner in Worcester, MA reached out to us because they were tired of dealing with water in their basement. Our inspector, Rick, went out to the home to take a look at the basement and he drew up a solution. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to direct seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter. That water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!
