Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Brockton, MA Unfinished Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in Brockton, MA gave us a call because water was finding its way into their unfinished basement. On installation day, Foreman Riley and his crew first installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed around a sink in the basement to catch surface water. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their basement!
