A homeowner in Millbury, MA reached out to us looking for a complete waterproofing system for their basement. One of our inspectors, Benny, went to the home to take a look at the basement and he drew up a solution that would make it 100% waterproof going forward. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity in the space year-round. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is then sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. The homeowner can now rest easy knowing their basement will be staying dry no matter how hard it rains!
CleanSpace Wall System & WaterGuard Drainage System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.

The SaniDry XP keeps the humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the TripleSafe sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
