Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Garage Waterproofing in Kingston, MA

This homeowner in Kingston, MA gave us a call because they were dealing with water seepage issues in their garage. Our inspector, David, went out to the home to take a look at the garage and he drew up a plan to waterproof it. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the garage walls to corral that seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the garage floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the garage to control humidity year-round. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the garage through the two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was also set up to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their garage!
