Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Unfinished Basement Waterproofing in North Attleboro, MA

This homeowner in North Attleboro, MA reached out to us because the existing sump pump in their unfinished basement was not doing its job keeping out water. Our inspector, Benny, went out to the home to assess the basement and he drew up a solution that would make it completely waterproof going forward. On installation day, Foreman Tomas and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. The water collected in the drainage system is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump, which was installed to replace the existing sump pump that was failing. The TripleSafe has two strong pumps that send all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines, it also has a battery backup system in case the power in the home goes out. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
