A homeowner in Shrewsbury, MA reached out to us because they had water coming into their basement after heavy rainfalls. On installation day, our crew first installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the entirety of the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed inside of the bulkhead door to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which conveniently drains itself. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind next time it rains.

TrenchDrain is installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
The SaniDry Sedona keeps the humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
