Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Providence, RI Finished Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in Providence, RI was dealing with water seeping up from beneath the floor of their finished basement. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to take a look at the basement and drew up a plan that would waterproof it and allow for it to be easily refinished after. On installation day, our crew first installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. That water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the water out of the basement through a discharge line. On the home's exterior, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can have their basement refinished and they'll no longer have to worry about water!

The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
