We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.

I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours.
