Job was done quickly. I was expecting about a four day job, but it was done in one and a half. Clean-up was great. There was nothing leftover to pick up and nothing noticeable through the yard. Very efficient and well-prepared. The office staff was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Craig was excellent. I'm very satisfied.

My first impression of the job was that it was done professionally. The workers were very cordial and friendly. They answered my questions. The office was also very friendly. Craig was very friendly and explained things clearly. The cleanup was definitely satisfactory. When I received the materials and the book it appeared that they were going to do a thorough job. Craig was very clear, friendly, and accommodating.

Our experience with them has been a very positive one from the beginning. We were pleased with the service program on a number of points. The first being that they verified the system was working and working well, apparently handling much more water than we had anticipated. Having the pump and tank checked, therefore, was important in insuring its continuing to do so. The serviceman was running behind on the appointed day of service but he called to tell us that, which we appreciated. Once here, he worked efficiently and seemed to do a thorough job checking and cleaning the system. He was polite, enthusiastic, and had a good sense of humor.
