This homeowner in Wareham, MA gave us a call because they were looking for options to have their crawl space waterproofed. On installation day, Foreman Riley and his crew got to work with encapsulating the crawl space. They started by removing any debris that was in the way and then laid the drainage matting over the dirt floor. Next, they insulated the walls of the space with our SilverGlo insulation, this will help to regulate the temperature of the crawl space. Then they fully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier which seals out water and other harmful outside factors. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the crawl space to keep humidity low. Lastly, they used our Mold-X2 Spray to clean the existing mold spores in the crawl space and prevent them from growing back.
