Sump Pumps Before & After Photos

Sump pumps are usually the first solution people usually think of to waterproof their basements, like this one in Halifax, MA. Pumps in a wet basement aren’t wrong, but there’s a lot more to them than digging a hole and sticking pumps in there. We have our perfectly sized liners with pumps, depending like this TripleSafe with three pumps inside, and an airtight lid so no water spills over. The water enters the pump via the attached drainage system and leaves through the discharge, which both are piped into the liner and the water is hidden away.

This homeowner in Cohasset, MA contacted us because his sump pump was not keeping up. He wanted a solution that would keep his whole basement dry. Along with a full perimeter system and an additional sump pump liner in another corner of the basement, we upgraded his existing sump to a SuperSump. We also hooked up his generic dehumidifier to be drained to this sump. His Sedona is draining to the other sump across the room.
