My new sump pump and WaterGuard system were installed in a matter of hours by a dedicated team of professionals using high quality components to complete the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Dry Zone Basement Systems to anyone needing their expertise.

It was recommended in a Facebook post and when I called to schedule an initial appointment you were very accommodating. You were also very accommodating with us needing an afternoon appointment for installation.

Everyone from the salesman, Jay, to the installation by Steve and Ricky were professional, clean and just so very nice to deal with. It's a wonderful product that we are happy to have in our home. A wonderful experience all around!!

Service tech was excellent. He explained everything to me regarding our pump system. He was excellent. I asked him about a dehumidifier and he explained it fully and also recommended a wall system to dress up our basement walls. Call center rep was Very polite and helpful with scheduling our service call.

Erin was excellent. Set up the appointment and called me as promised the day before to confirm. Service Tech was excellent-explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very professional and helpful with the instructions on my new Sani-Dry dehumidifier. Cleaned up was good.
