I had the annual service done on my system. The technician was Dave. He said he had recently started working at Leader. I do know the company takes a great deal of pride in their products and service, and it's very obvious that pride is shared by their technicians. Dave was very knowledgeable about the system, made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns, and he was very pleasant.  He is a good representative for the company and reflects the quality ethics of the company.

We owned our home for 30 years and never had a water problem. After rains this spring we found a few puddles of water in our basement. We called Dryzone we got an appointment. Joe came out and surveyed our basement, which now had over an inch of water in it, he explained what they could do for us and showed us a video. We loved the fact that after the work was complete we have peace of mind that our basement will never have water again. And if we sell the house we can transfer over the guarantee from Dryzone Basement to the new owners.....doesn't get better than that! Recently, I was faced with the unfortunate situation of having to sell my parents vacant home in Providence due to the passing of my Dad on Xmas Eve. While they were the original owners of the 1965 ranch home where I grew up, the foundation had shifted, cracked the foundation and split the basement floor.
