A homeowner was looking for a drainage system for his wet basement. He already owned a sump pump, but not all of the water was getting to this sump, so a proper solution, like this WaterGuard interior drainage system we installed, was the best way to collect all of the water seepage. Along with that, our TrenchDrain system was placed to surround this water heater so that surface water doesn't build up around here. By intercepting the water before it reaches the floor, we decreased the chances of mold growth and terrible odors. 

During heavy rains, water seeped into the basement through the fieldsone foundation. The customer needed a vapor barrier and waterproofing system to keep her basement dry all the time. 

The customer in Providence RI met us at the Rhode Island Home Show and was interested in getting their basement waterproofed. After the house was vacant for years they needed to care for the home and the first step was keeping the basement dry.

The home owner in Providence, Rhode Island knew he had to do something about his damp basement and reached out to DryZone Basement Systems for a free estimate. Our system design specialist Patrick Cahill and owner Todd Lutinski went to the property and discussed their options of waterproofing the basement. They decided pouring a new concrete floor would be a great benefit for the basement instead of the wooden floor. The wooden floor was torn up in preparation to pour the concrete. Also added to the walls was the CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out of the basement. 

The sump pump in this Providence, RI home took on too much water while the homeowners were away on vacation and caused some leakage in their finished basement. With some research, the owners found there are systems out there, like our TripleSafe system, with backup pumps when the one pump can’t handle all the water coming in. We were able to replace his older system with the TripleSafe which has three pumps, including one that is battery powered in case of a power outage, the perfect peace of mind for the traveler!
