A homeowner living in Sherborn, MA was looking online for a vapor barrier. He noticed how musty the odor was from his crawlspace, and wanted a way to prevent any outside moisture from causing more harm, such as mold growth. Our production team cleaned up all of the debris, then got to work. They carefully placed the CleanSpace to make sure every inch was covered by the thick, polyethylene liner. Once the job was done, not only did the humidity decrease, but the chances of mold growth decreased as well!

After receiving a flier in the mail, this homeowner reached out to schedule a free inspection and written estimate with our company. Shortly after, Jacob was out to the home to assess and evaluate the situation, and determine what the best course of action would be based on this home's history and needs. After agreeing to move forward with this project, the homeowner was scheduled for installation, lead by foreman Kervin, and now the basement will be protected well for many years (and storms!) to come.
