This damp, musty crawlspace in Whatley, MA needed serious attention in order to rectify issues with moisture, flooding, and musty odors. When our inspector, Craig, arrived - there were clear signs of water intrusion through the foundation walls, puddling and wet spots along the floor. With DryZone's expert installation team ready to tackle this crawlspace encapsulation project, they wrapped the entire crawlspace with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system, drainage matting - to help create an extra barrier between the dirt floor and the vapor barrier liner, a SmartSump to pump out any excess water that builds up, and a SaniDry Sedona to battle any ongoing issues with moisture! This crawlspace is protected by DryZone and these homeowners can breathe a serious sigh of relief!

This unfinished Whately, MA basement was experiencing issues with humidity, leaky walls, and puddling on the floor. The homeowners reached out to DryZone for a free estimate and written inspection to replace their ineffective dehumidifier and discuss options for a sump pump installation.
