This unfinished Whately, MA basement was experiencing issues with humidity, leaky walls, and puddling on the floor. The homeowners reached out to DryZone for a free estimate and written inspection to replace their ineffective dehumidifier and discuss options for a sump pump installation. Our inspector, Benny, recommended installing our SuperSump Plus pump system - with plenty of space to add additional pumps if desired (including our UltraSump battery back up pump), our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system - to capture those leaks from the walls and stop flooding from the ground up, and our SaniDry Sedona - to help eliminate stagnant, damp and humid air which could potentially lead to mold and mildew! They contacted DryZone just in time, and within a day - their new waterproofing system was installed and the basement tidied as if we had never been there.

This customer contacted us with concerns about water seepage in his basement. He said it happens every spring, but this year it had gotten significantly worse and needed to be remedied.
