This homeowner in Roslindale, MA gave us a call because the main floor of their home was sagging and they wanted someone to come out to check on their home's structural integrity. Our inspector, Andy, went out to take a look and he noticed that the wooden ceiling beam in the basement was starting to fail which was causing the floor above to slope, so he drew up a solution that would add support to the home. On installation day, our foreman, Kervin, and his crew installed seven of our SmartJack Stabilizers in the basement.
