This homeowner in Dedham, MA gave us a call after seeing one of our crew's trucks in their area. They had an existing sump pump but it hasn't worked in a while, so they needed a new system. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the house and drew up a plan for them. We lined the crawlspace with insulation and CleanSpace as a vapor barrier, then we sprayed insulation along the rim joist to seal it all in and creating a controlled environment.
