Our inspector, Andy, went out to take a look and he noticed that the wooden ceiling beam in the basement was starting to fail which was causing the floor above to slope, so he drew up a solution that would add support to the home. On installation day, our foreman, Kervin, and his crew installed seven of our SmartJack Stabilizers in the basement.
