This home in Avon, MA was dealing with some water issues in their basement and were pretty frustrated because they already had a sump pump. Then we prep the crack and add our sealant that gets deep in the crack, the sealant is flexible so it will move as the wall does when it expands and shifts with the seasons. A second layer of drainage is placed over the sealed crack that will guide any water to the drywell in the rare case it gets through. The crack here was covered with a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier that will give it a clean look and keep the moisture out of the basement.
