In Assonet, Ma, this home’s leaking basement was not something the homeowners were looking forward to dealing with at this time, but unfortunately the water could not be ignored. We had our crew go out and install our Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter along with CleanSpace vapor barrier. These two work great together to keep the basement dry from water seeping in from the walls by protecting the inside with the barrier and making a path to the Waterguard at the bottom that connects to a sump.
