DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This customer in Abington, MA, had a failed sump pump system for his basement, which caused him to see numerous floods whenever there was rain. This was getting out of hand after repeatedly using a vacuum to get rid of the water, and the old sump pump didn't seem fixable because of how old it was. Luckily for this customer, we came in with a SuperSump sump pump as a reliable replacement! On top of that, we added an UltraSump backup battery pump in case the customer loses power! Now, this basement had a better sump pump to discharge water during heavy rainstorms and power outages. 

A homeowner in Abington, MA wanted to properly seal the inside of her crawl space to prevent future mold growth. The area was getting very humid from the outside moisture seeping in, so we responded to her distressed call by fully encapsulating the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier! The difference between the two pictures is night and day! 

The customer in Bridgewater, Massachusetts was looking for a solution to the water in their basement and decided that now was the time to get an estimate. DryZone was happy to help! Shown here in the before and after pictures is the drain installed near the basement door which was a main cause of water in the basement. 

The home owner's in Bridgewater, Massachusetts would like to eventually finish their basement off but they have a few problem areas that collect water. One area in particular is at the bottom of the stairway in their basement. Our system design specialist Dan Gallinger suggested installed a french drain in that area which would connect to the perimeter drain system and sump pump. If water collects in this area it will go straight into the drain and get pumped out of the basement.

The property had a crawl space that was damp and had poor insulation. After meeting with our system design specialist Derek they decided to install a vapor barrier and rim joist spray foam.
