Our inspector, David, went to the home to take a look at the crawl space and drew up a plan to encapsulate it. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew started by removing all debris and old insulation from the space to clean it out. Then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor which allows water to flow under and out of the space rather than pool inside of it.
