Homeowner in Mashpee, MA wanted to make good use out of his crawlspace. But it was so cold during the winter time, and would get so hot and humid during the summer! Best way to ensure your crawlspace is properly insulated is to have us install SilverGlo wall insulation! This shiny, graphite infused material maintains the temperature of the crawlspace during all the seasons!
This customer from Mashpee, MA had began to worry about the condition of his crawl space. The air felt very humid which caused several spots of mold growth. To prevent this issue from getting worse, our team encapsulated the interior of this crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. By doing so, we're creating a layer that the outside moisture won't be able to pass through. Now that this transformation is done, this crawl space will remain dry and safe for years to come!
The home owner has been dealing with a failing sump pump for a long time and figured it was time for an upgrade. He had been dealing with a flooded basement for years. On some occasions it had flooded ankle deep. To solve the problem of the ground water seepage he contacted DryZone Basement Systems because of our ratings on BBB.
When water was clearly finding a way into this homeowner in’s basement in Sandwich, MA, DryZone was called to help clear it out! We got a crew together and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, Waterguard Drainage System, and CleanSpace on the walls. With a team like this, the moisture wouldn’t stand a chance in this basement. While the Waterguard and TripleSafe pump collect the water and push it out, the CleanSpace creates a vapor barrier on the wall that will keep moisture and outside elements out of the interior of the basement. Not to mention the vapor barrier leave a clean and neat finished look to the basement walls.
In Sandwich, MA we had a customer finishing their basement but needed to waterproof it first, they would hate for all that time and money to be wasted by the effects of a little bit of water. A major part of our system is the Waterguard, which goes just below the floor’s surface and collects any water that makes its way in so it can flow to the sump pump that will force it outside. For areas that need the system but are not where the floor and wall meet, we have our TrenchDrain that connects to the Waterguard and has the same job but uses a grate cover on the top. That way water coming from any direction will fall into that drain, its perfect for doorways or around appliances.
