DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A customer in Leominster, MA wanted to provide some kind of vapor barrier for her basement walls because he wanted to keep the humidity down as much as possible. When he asked about our vapor barrier, we sent an inspector over to discuss with hum why our CleanSpace is the best product to make it difficult for water vapor to pass through. After the customer agreed to have the installation, our crew lined up the walls with the thick, polyethylene material which gives the basement a brighter and safer look! 

We got a call from Leominster, MA of a homeowner complaining that his basement felt humid, as if he was in the jungle! Humidity can cause mold growth, sickness and musty odors, and to prevent this, we covered the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to create a layer that keeps outside moisture out!

The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
