The homeowners of this Douglas, MA home has a crawl space with some moisture issues that made them concerned as that area of the home hold much of the support system for homes. To remove the standing water and moisture, our crew installed a SmartSump and SaniDry Sedona and encapsulated the crawl space with our vapor barrier, CleanSpace. 

This crawl crawl space in Lunenburg, MA was very humid from all of the outside moisture seeping in. To keep the humidity to a controlled level and dry out the air, we completely wrapped the interior of this crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This durable white liner prevent moisture intrusion and will keep this crawl space safe, dry and controlled! 

Patrick Cahill, our system design specialist proposed a full waterproofing system to keep this customer's basement dry. The customer in Westerly also used us to waterproof his second property nearby. 

The tall crawlspace in the Westerly, Rhode Island property was very damp and dirty. There was water and dirt coming up from the ground causing mud. The home owner had seen an ad for DryZone Basement Systems and contacted us for a free estimate. The project consisted of encapsulating the crawlspace and making sure it was safe from any moisture or water. A sump pump system was also installed as a precautionary measure.
