This homeowner from Westerly, RI wanted to improve the air quality in his basement. The air felt humid, which can cause mold to grow onto any organic material, such as the wood supporting the floor above! If that wood were to be overtaken by mold, a structural collapse could occur, severely injuring anybody living there.
