The solution we provided, since moisture caused rotting on the joists supporting the floor, was encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace to prevent any future moisture outside from causing harm. More importantly, we raised this sagging floor back to it's original level and permanently stabilized it with our SmartJack floor support system. 

The floor above this basement was sagging downwards in Clinton, MA. It was clear that this floor needed more reinforcement, so our production team installed steel SmartJacks along with a new support beam to sister against the old wooden one.
