A homeowner in Pascoag, RI needed to transform his dirt crawlspace. He has owned this home for 30 years and wanted keep his dirt crawlspace dry from moisture. We were able to provide an installation of CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out and a SmartSump sump pump to discharge the water. 

A customer from Pascoag, RI noticed a portion of his floor sagging down a tad bit. The solution we provided, since moisture caused rotting on the joists supporting the floor, was encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace to prevent any future moisture outside from causing harm. More importantly, we raised this sagging floor back to it's original level and permanently stabilized it with our SmartJack floor support system. 

The floor above this basement was sagging downwards in Clinton, MA. It was clear that this floor needed more reinforcement, so our production team installed steel SmartJacks along with a new support beam to sister against the old wooden one. Our SmartJacks were able to be adjusted to give the correct stabilization and lift this floor needed to be back to normal! 

Homeowners in Ashaway, RI were dealing with constant issues with humidity and moisture in their crawlspace. As a solution, our company installed CleanSpace as a vapor barrier to stop any further moisture from coming in. 

This sump pump in Ashaway, RI was not strong enough to push water out the basement during several rainstorms.
