This new homeowner in North Scituate, RI called us because they found that the unfinished basement of their new home was very humid. The basement has a dirt floor in some areas so they were looking for a vapor barrier and dehumidifier to be included in the solution. Our inspector, James, made sure that their needs were met! Our foreman, MJ, and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement floor and walls to seal out moisture. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can enjoy their new home without having to worry about the basement!

Working in a basement environment is often hard because there are obstacles in the way that cannot be moved. Obstacles such as pipes, ductwork, water tanks and electrical boxes, to name a few.
