The basement has a dirt floor in some areas so they were looking for a vapor barrier and dehumidifier to be included in the solution. Our inspector, James, made sure that their needs were met! Our foreman, MJ, and his crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement floor and walls to seal out moisture. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can enjoy their new home without having to worry about the basement!

Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home and he drew up a well-rounded solution for the crawl space. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew fully insulated and encapsulated the crawl space to regulate its temperature and seal it off from the damp, dirty earth.
