This homeowner in Coventry, RI called us with some concerns about their crawl space. They assumed it would benefit from being encapsulated but also could feel the floor above the crawl space weakening due to a lack of support from below. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home to take a look at the crawl space and he drew up a well-rounded solution. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew removed the debris that was in the space and then installed our SmartJack Stabilizing System to add long-lasting support to the floor above. The decision to upgrade the sump pump to our TripleSafe sump system was easy! The TripleSafe system is a closed lid system, to keep out dirt and debris, and has three pumps inside. There is the primary for your basic groundwater seepage, then the secondary that can kick on if the primary needs extra help with large amounts of water.
