This previously finished basement in Maynard, MA was taking in water along the foundation wall/floor joints, and in several spots throughout the foundation floor. The homeowners did have a sump pump installed, but it just wasn't keeping up with how much they were taking in. Our inspector, Michael C, performed a thorough evaluation on this basement to determine what the needs would be to keep it dry and allow it to be finished once again. One of the most crucial items on that list was replacing the existing sump with our TripleSafe sump pump system. With three pumps, including the batter operated back up pump, these homeowners won't need to worry again whether it will be enough to keep up! They are well prepared thanks to DryZone!
It's hard to believe this is the same space! Sagging and moist insulation, mounds of dirt and debris removed to create a dry, usable space
This homeowner from Ashland, MA was not happy with his dirty crawlspace. It was cold and had a strange smell. We were able to solve his issue by encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier that will ensure no moisture gets into the area. Also, we installed SilverGlo wall insulation to reflect heat back into the crawlspace.
A basement in Ashland, MA was not in the best shape as there was insulation falling apart, debris everywhere and it felt very damp. Clearly not in ideal conditions, so we improved the quality by cleaning out the debris, replacing the insulation with our SilveGlo wall insulation and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This system collectively deals with any moisture problems and heats up the area as well!
These leaky windows in West Warwick, RI were allowing water to flood into the basement, creating puddles and problems for this homeowner. The old window wells were not helping at all, so new ones were definitely top priority to stop water from finding a way in. Our SunHouse window wells create a sturdy and reliable barrier to protect the window from letting the outdoor elements inside with a cover for more protection, a big upgrade from the previous setup.
