After meeting with our inspector and learning about our simple but effective FlexiSpan solution, the homeowners were excited to know their problem could be solved! The FlexiSpan system creates a double seal to prevent water from seeping through but also creates a channel in case any water does and leads it to a drywell, instead of on the floor!

This home in East Greenwich, RI had fallen insulation and an ineffective plastic liner, not providing much protection from moisture in the crawl space. Our crew went in and removed that fallen debris and plastic liner to make way for our encapsulation process! Our CleanSpace vapor barrier covered the floor and joined the SilverGlo insulation on the walls.
