DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

The basement in this East Greenwich, RI home had signs of water intrusion, including efflorescence, the white powder like substance found on the walls which is caused by water seeping in through the concrete walls and depositing minerals as the moisture is evaporated. By installing our WaterGuard pipe system along the wall of the basement, water seeping in will be collected and brought to the TripleSafe sump pump for removal. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier will also work well here, absorbing humidity from the air and keeping this basement dry!

This East Greenwich, RI crawl space was dealing with some moisture concerns that the owners were ready to tackle! The crew encapsulated the crawl space, adding our CleanSpace vapor barrier to the floor and walls, sealing off the space. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick liner that keeps moisture out, as well as brightens the space with its bright white color.

The window well on this window wasn't keeping out debris but was keeping out natural light, which wasn't exactly wanted by the homeowners. Along with a waterproofing system for their basement, the crew upgraded the window well to our SunHouse. This enclosure prevents weed growth and debris from getting in while reflecting plenty of natural sunlight into the basement. 

The customer in Medway, Massachusetts had an older sump pump system which was installed by a previous owner of the property. The current home owner knew that the pump did not work properly and questioned it many times during rain storms. He was always nervous for his home to flood. He called DryZone and replaced his existing pump with a TripleSafe system. He will no longer have a concern during storms. The TripleSafe is equipped with a battery back up system in case of a power outage.

DryZone installed a Zoeller m53 pump to keep the water out of the home where the previous sump could not keep up. The realtor and client were very pleased with the increased property value and peace of mind!
