This homeowner in North Kingstown, RI gave us a call because their dirt floor crawl space was having issues with moisture. On installation day, our crew, lead by Foreman MJ, removed any debris that was in the space and then they laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor of the crawl space to allow any water to flow under and out. They insulated the walls of the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation and the floor was insulated with our TerraBlock floor insulation which regulates temperature much more efficiently than fiberglass insulation and they don't deteriorate over time. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and they also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can rest easy when it comes to the conditions of their crawl space!

The Cleanspace liner was installed in this Narragansett, RI crawlspace to isolate the home from the earth completley and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20-mil thick material comparable to a pool liner. The bright white color really brightens the crawlspace to make better use of available light!
