Todd was part of the installation of most recent work. He runs an excellent professional organization. Ricky and the rest of the crew are outstanding, polite & did an excellent job! Hope Ricky gets a Wow service award.

Chose DryZone Basement Systems for several reasons: (1) I have been a client for several years-- they installed two back up sump systems & continue to service them; (2) Todd Lutinski has a wonderful operation, is honest, reliable, professional, and attentive; (3) Todd's initial expertise with concrete surfaces, and his willingness to take charge (& be present) for the entire recent job, was the main reason I went forward with the work; and (4) They are great in emergencies---customer service & communications are excellent.
