Sales Process

The salesperson said the process would include treating the existing black mold residue on the walls prior to being encapsulated with the poly sheething. This was not performed. It was not part of the scheduled job.Is this something unneccessary in a typical treatment and installation? ........

I should have asked to see or gotten samples of the actual materials used in covering the walls. I do not fault or disavor the salesperson for this, I could have reqested it but did not.

What is the normal time period a Dry Zone Salesperson waits or does a follow up on his client(s)? Do they? Do you soley rely on this survey for contract results?

Our Installation Crew

The crew was professional, polite and did what was required in the time the contract stated.

The Cleanup Process

A small area at the top of my driveway still displays mixed cement stains. I read the pre-contract information and understood there would be dust, dirt and the like...its impossible to do this kind of work without it....so, I understand. Perhaps it will wash away with the snowstorm coming this week-end....
