once I contacted the company they were always available and proactive.
Tim was great and the reason why we decided on Dry Zone...a total professional job on his part.
They were incredible...informative, polite and totally professional.
They told me that they wanted to leave the house looking like no one had been there and that's exactly what happened...the cleanup was first rate.
