Austin called before heading to my home, arrived right on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He performed a quality installation, in a timely manner, and left no trace of trash or debris behind. He is definitely a valuable employee to your company!
What made you choose our company:
My decision to go with Dry Zone Basements in Bridgewater was based SOLELY by the inspection performed by Craig Leader. This gentleman arrived at the specified time and was expertly knowledgeable about all aspects of foundations and basements. He provided excellent advice and recommendations, even beyond the products and services that Dry Zone offers. On top of it there was ZERO pressure to make a decision on whether to move forward with his recommendations or not. For the record, I'm a tough sell, and I conduct thorough research before moving forward with any major projects. With that being said, I can honestly say that this is by far a sound decision to have Dry Zone Basements install my dehumidifier.
