Todd came to our home and presented a proposal that would work for us ans that he would be here when his crew arrived for our install. However when the crew arrived he was not with them. I inquired where he was and was told he was at another job. It would have been nice if he contacted us to let us know that he would not be able to be here at the at the start up. a simple phone call would have made a difference. Steve, Kyle and Justin did an excellent job on the install in a most timely manner! Thanks again to them.
Steve,Kyle and Justin were extremely professional. Steve went over all the details before they started the job and after finishing the job. Willing to answer any questions during the job process.
